Who can use WorkScreens?
You work telecommuting. You are an hourly contractor. You are an employee but you simply want to reference previous days computer work. For example, to visually recapture visited websites even if you didn't catch a webpage title. Also, use the work screens to help summarize work completed for scrum meetings.
Who can be a work-reviewer?
A reviewer can be anyone you wish to review your work - a supervisor, manager, or project coordinator even a mentor.
To see your screens and hours worked a reviewer will need to register on the WorkScreens website. For convenience, you can register for a reviewer and email to the reviewer the username and temporary password. After the reviewer has a username you can log into your own account and grant the reviewer work screen views by organization, project, or task names. Reviewers can only see screens they have been granted based on organization, project, and task.
Jill grants manager Bobby permission to see all CompanyA screens. Jill is contracting for two companies and has CompanyB screens captured as well. Upon login to WorkScreens, Bobby is only able to see CompanyA screens and associated billing.

WorkScreens Pro features
Sync work screens to your cloud account, enter the password and press the "transfer" button. A "remaining to upload" work screens count is displayed beside the "transfer" button.

Filter work screens by organization, project and task then view the aggregated work screen hours after a selected day
Secure encrypted screens (optional)
For "Encrypted Screens" settings option checked, each work screen *.png file is saved as an encrypted *.ws file. Each encrypted work screen can only be viewed by the app or the WorkScreens web page to approved reviewers.
